Terms and Conditions

§1 Subject of the Regulations

  • 1. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and staying on the premises of the Apartamenty Dubacik facility in Tylicz at 62 Konfederatow Barskich Street.
  • 2. The Regulations are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation or paying an advance or the entire amount due for staying at Apartamenty Dubacik.
  • 3. By performing the above-mentioned activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
  • 4. The Regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises.
  • 5. Pictogram and information boards placed in the area of Apartamenty Dubacik and around it constitute an integral part of the Regulations. Users are obliged to strictly comply with the information provided on pictogram and information plates.

§2 Hotel arrival and check-out times

  • 1. A room in Apartamenty Dubacik is rented for hotel nights.
  • 2. The hotel nights lasts from 14.00 to 11.00 the next day.
  • 3. If the Guest did not specify the length of stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
  • 4. Staying in a room after 12:00 is treated as an extension of stay in a given hotel night. If the Guest leaves the room after 12:00 - a fee is charged according to the current price list.
  • 5. Information on fees for extending the hotel day is provided by the owner of the facility.
  • 6. A request for an extension of the hotel night should be made by the Guest as soon as possible and at least by 10:00 on the day when the room rental period expires.
  • 7. The owner will take into account the request to extend the stay as far as the availability of free rooms is concerned. The owner may not accept the request to extend the stay if all accommodation places are used or in the case of Guests who do not comply with the applicable Regulations.
  • 8. We reserve the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay at Apartamenty Dubacik in the event of failure to make full payment for the previous stay.
  • 9. In the event of the Guest's resignation from the stay during the day, the payment for the stay in a given hotel day is not refunded.

§ 3 Check in

  • 1. Checking in is taken as an acceptation of the regulations of Apartamenty Dubacik.
  • 2. If the Guest is checked in, he/she is obliged to pay all booked fees in advance - such as accommodation, parking, pet fee all tax fee.
  • 3. The payment for the stay is paid by the Guest on the day of arrival at Apartamenty Dubacik (in advance).
  • 4. Apartamenty Dubacik may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the regulations during the previous stay, in particular caused damage to the property of the facility or other guests, or caused damage to the person of the Guest, employee or other persons staying in the facility, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay for guests or the functioning of the facility.
  • 5. The guest cannot rent their room to other people, even if the period for which he has paid the fee for the stay has not expired.
  • 6. Persons who are not checked in may stay in the rooms of Apartamenty Dubacik from 8.00 am to 22.00. After 22.00, unregistered persons are not allowed on the premises.
  • 7. The presence of unregistered persons in the Guest's room after 22.00 is tantamount to the consent of the Guest who rents the room to accommodate these persons in the room for a fee. Each person will be accommodated according to the current price of an extra bed for a person, provided that the owner agrees to his further stay in the room.

§ 4 Curfew

  • 1. At Apartamenty Dubacik there is a curfew from 22.00 to 7.00.
  • 2. During curfew hours, Guests and persons using the services are obliged to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of other people in any way.
  • 3. In the event of violation of the provisions of the Regulations, we may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the hotelier's requests, pay for the services provided so far, pay for any damages and leave the facility.

§ 5 Services and Responsibilities Apartamenty Dubacik

  • 1. In the event of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them as soon as possible.
  • 2. In the event of defects that cannot be removed, we will make every effort to - if possible - change the room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.

§ 6 Obligations of Guests

  • 1. Each time when leaving the Dubacik Apartments, the Guest should close the windows, close the taps of the water supply system, and check that the door is locked.
  • 2. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar non-furnished devices in the rooms, as well as the use of open fire, smoking, tobacco products and other substances.
  • 3. In the event of unjustified activation of the fire alarm, the Guest will be charged with the costs of the intervention of the Fire Brigade and the Police.
  • 4. It is not allowed to store dangerous goods in the rooms - weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illumination materials.
  • 5. Smoking and other substances are strictly prohibited throughout the facility. Smoking tobacco and tobacco products is only possible in designated areas.
  • 6. Breaking the ban on smoking tobacco, tobacco products or other substances in the facility is tantamount to the consent of the Guest who rents the room to cover the costs of cleaning and dearomatization in the amount of PLN 1,000.
  • 7. It is forbidden to bring skis, snowboards, ski boots, other ski and snowboard equipment, bicycles into the premises of Apartamenty Dubacik, as well as to walk around the facilities in ski boots.
  • 9. Apartamenty Dubacik has a ski room - separate rooms where ski and snowboard equipment can be stored and also changed and dried.
  • 10. It is forbidden to bring bicycles and other similar vehicles into the facility.
  • 11. It is forbidden to conduct canvassing and door-to-door sales on the premises of the resort, as well as to distribute leaflets.
  • 12. It is forbidden to make excessive noise in the facility and other things that disturb, harm or irritate other guests.
  • 13. It is forbidden to make any changes to the rooms and their equipment, except for a slight rearrangement of furniture and equipment, which does not affect their functionality and safety of use.
  • 14. It is forbidden to throw any things out of the window in the room.
  • 15. It is forbidden to sit on window sills in rooms, balconies railings due to the risk of falling out.
  • 16. In the event of violation of the provisions of the Regulations, we may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the owner's demands, pay for the previous services, pay for any damage and leave the facility.

§ 7 Responsibility of Guests

  • 1. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices, caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
  • 2. Children under the age of 13 should be on the premises under the constant supervision of legal guardians.
  • 3. Guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by children.
  • 4. The guest should notify the owner of the damage immediately after finding it.

§ 8 Responsibility of the Hotel

  • 1. Apartamenty Dubacik is liable for the loss or damage of items brought in by persons using its services to the extent specified in the provisions of the Civil Code.
  • 2. The responsibility of Apartamenty Dubacik for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value is limited if these items are not deposited.
  • 3. Apartamenty Dubacik has the right to refuse to store money, securities and valuable items, in particular valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they threaten security or have too much value in relation to the size or standard of the facility or take up too much space .
  • 4. Apartamenty Dubacik is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it and live animals, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in the parking lot or outside the Hotel.
  • 5. Selected areas of the Hotel are monitored.

§ 9 Lost properties

  • 1. Personal belongings left in Apartamenty Dubacik by a departing Guest will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest at his expense.
  • 2. If the Guest does not receive such an instruction, Apartamenty Dubacik will store items for 3 months.

§ 10 Complaints

  • 1. Guests have the right to lodge a complaint if they notice any shortcomings in the quality of services provided by Apartamenty Dubacik.
  • 2. All complaints will be reviewed by the owner.
  • 3. The complaint should be submitted by the Guest immediately after noticing the deficiencies in the standard of services provided by Apartamenty Dubacik.
  • 4. Complaints will be considered in accordance with applicable law.

§ 11 Additional provisions

  • 1. The Guest agrees to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by Apartamenty Dubacik for the purposes necessary to implement the Guest's stay in the facility, check-in purposes, the Guest's use of other services provided by Apartamenty Dubacik and placing the Guest's data in the database . The guest has the right to inspect their personal data and to correct them.
  • 2. Complaints and requests related to the stay in Apartamenty Dubacik should be reported directly to Apartamenty Dubacik, in writing, by e-mail or to the following address: Apartamenty Dubacik Konfederatow Barskich 62, 33-383 Tylicz
